Electric bills may contain utility account numbers, meter numbers, service addresses, rate classifications, and detailed energy-usage information. Please redact bank-account numbers, credit-card information, Social Security numbers, or other unrelated sensitive information before providing a bill to Solar Faithful.

Solar Faithful does not sell personal information.

Project Partners and Service Providers

Information may be shared with organizations and professionals assisting Solar Faithful, including:

  • Solar developers, engineers, contractors, and energy consultants
  • Financing and funding partners
  • Utilities and energy-service providers
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel
  • Grant administrators, funders, or research partners when appropriate

These parties receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their roles. Where appropriate, information used for grant reporting, research, or public reporting will be aggregated or de-identified.

Solar Faithful will not publicly identify an applicant or participating organization in a testimonial, case study, news release, project profile, photograph, or similar promotional material without appropriate authorization.

Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, governmental request, contractual obligation, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Solar Faithful or others.

Organizational Changes

If Solar Faithful participates in a merger, restructuring, transfer of programs, or similar organizational change, relevant information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

HubSpot and Other Third-Party Services

Solar Faithful uses HubSpot to host and process certain forms and to manage submitted information and communications. When you use a HubSpot-hosted form, information may be transmitted to and processed by HubSpot on Solar Faithful’s behalf. HubSpot may also collect technical and usage information according to its own privacy practices.

Solar Faithful may use additional third-party providers for website hosting, email delivery, document storage, analytics, security, donations, financing, and project administration. These providers may process information as necessary to supply their services.

Links to external websites and services are governed by the privacy policies of those organizations. Solar Faithful is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of independently operated third-party websites.
