7.7 kW. It produces energy to cover 69% of their annual usage.
We have an active Green Team at Temple B’nai Israel, that had getting solar panels on our roof as one of its highest priorities for taking care of the earth. We saw this as a significant way to reduce our carbon footprint, and inspire others to do the same. The representatives from Solar Faithful were instrumental in helping us accomplish our goals. They laid out the groundwork from start to finish and answered a multitude of questions along the way. They were knowledgeable, patient, and all around super helpful, making a potentially overwhelming project into something doable and relatively easy… We’ve used the solar panels as a vehicle for educating our congregants about the benefits of solar power, reducing our carbon footprint while saving money on our electric bill… We strongly recommend any House of Worship that is even just giving a thought to going solar, to at least have a conversation with Solar Faithful. They’ll walk you through the process and help you figure out how you might accomplish your goals, as they did for us. – Temple B’nai Israel Leadership
