WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE SOLAR SYSTEM?

For Direct Purchase:

Warranties provided for the host organization:

-25 year Solar Panels
-25 year Racking

-12 year Inverters
-5 year installation workmanship

-1 year of operations and maintenance

O&M services can be contracted by the organizations, including from Solar Faithful contractors.

For an ESSA:

All product, mechanical and other warranties are included in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) covered by Solar Faithful and its investors and lenders.

HOW MUCH DOES AN INVERTER REPLACEMENT COST AFTER WARRANTY?

Most inverter replacement costs equal less than one year of savings that you would acquire from the solar array. Some owners choose to reserve 10% of savings for repairs and others accept that, in essence, they will not save any money the year the inverter needs to be replaced.

WHO PAYS FOR THE LABOR AND EQUIPMENT IN A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Most equipment suppliers provide some service compensation that will cover most removal and replacement costs. This cost is included in our O&M service contracts.
